SHIAC offered the ADR Center conflict management and dispute resolution programs in its premises in cooperation with the Egyptian par association. The program was about training of the trainer for future generations of mediators and conciliators.

SHIAC organized this event with the top 20 mediators and founders of the Egyptian ADR association. The two trainers were Dr. Joseppe De Palo and Dr. Mano Shoenwille.
